驅動電(dian)路原理:

  驅動(dong)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)也由穩壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)分(fen)為+15V和-7.2V兩路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,以形成(cheng)對(dui)IGBT供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)+15V激勵電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)回路(lu)(lu)和-7.2V的(de)截(jie)止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)回路(lu)(lu)。驅動(dong)IC(A316J)的(de)左側(ce)(ce)引腳為輸(shu)入側(ce)(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),右側(ce)(ce)引腳為輸(shu)出側(ce)(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)。無論是脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)信(xin)(xin)號還是OC故(gu)障信(xin)(xin)號,都由內部(bu)光(guang)耦(ou)合(he)器電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)相隔離(li)。由PC929相比(bi),因內部(bu)已有對(dui)OC信(xin)(xin)號的(de)隔離(li),可省去外接光(guang)耦(ou)合(he)器,并且脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)信(xin)(xin)號、OC信(xin)(xin)號和故(gu)障復位信(xin)(xin)號可經控制端子CNN1直接與CPU脈(mo)沖(chong)(chong)輸(shu)出引腳相連。在有的(de)變頻器電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)中,僅是下三臂(bei)IGBT驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)采用(yong)A316J,上三管采用(yong)TLP250等。


  其OC信號(hao)和復(fu)(fu)位信號(hao)端是并(bing)聯的,即檢測到(dao)任(ren)一臂IGBT有(you)過流(liu)故障(zhang)(zhang)時(shi),都將(jiang)OC故障(zhang)(zhang)信號(hao)以或輸入(ru)方式,輸入(ru)到(dao)CPU;而(er)從(cong)CPU來(lai)的故障(zhang)(zhang)復(fu)(fu)位信號(hao),也(ye)同時(shi)加到(dao)六片A316的6腳,將(jiang)整個驅動電(dian)路一同復(fu)(fu)位。驅動脈(mo)沖從(cong)A316J的11腳輸出(chu),經R74、R75柵(zha)極電(dian)阻(zu)引入(ru)到(dao)模塊內部(bu)IGBT的G極。R77為柵(zha)極旁路電(dian)阻(zu),Z34、Z35為柵(zha)、射(she)極正負偏(pian)壓嵌位穩壓管(guan),保護(hu)IGBT的輸入(ru)回路的安全。


  A316J的14腳(jiao)外電(dian)(dian)路與16腳(jiao)引線并接于IGBT的C、E極,構成IGBT管(guan)壓降(jiang)檢測(ce)電(dian)(dian)路,電(dian)(dian)路僅由(you)R72、D61、C46三只元(yuan)件構成,C48吸收瞬態干擾,避免誤(wu)保護動(dong)作(zuo)出(chu)現。在11腳(jiao)輸(shu)出(chu)高電(dian)(dian)平驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)壓期間(jian),IGBT1的導通(tong),使D61正(zheng)偏導通(tong),將b點電(dian)(dian)位嵌制于OV驅動(dong)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)位上(shang)。U31的14腳(jiao)輸(shu)入(ru)一個(ge)“IGBT良好開通(tong)"的低(di)(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)平信號(hao),驅動(dong)脈(mo)沖被正(zheng)常(chang)傳(chuan)輸(shu);因(yin)過流或IGBT低(di)(di)(di)效或損壞時,b、c兩點間(jian)電(dian)(dian)壓異常(chang)升(sheng)高,D61反偏截止(zhi)失(shi)去低(di)(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)平嵌位作(zuo)用,14腳(jiao)為高電(dian)(dian)平狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態,U31內(nei)部IGBT保護電(dian)(dian)路起(qi)控,將脈(mo)沖信號(hao)傳(chuan)輸(shu)通(tong)道鎖定,同時令(ling)5腳(jiao)輸(shu)出(chu)一個(ge)低(di)(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)平的OC信號(hao),通(tong)知CPU。直到6腳(jiao)輸(shu)入(ru)一個(ge)CPU來(lai)的低(di)(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)平復位信號(hao)后,U31的故障鎖定狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態才(cai)被解除。


二、檢修步驟和方法:


  根據驅動(dong)電路(lu)相(xiang)關的(de)故障特(te)征,可以(yi)有的(de)放矢(shi)地進(jin)行檢查和修復(fu)了。


1、小功率變(bian)頻(pin)器,逆變(bian)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)采用集成型(一體化(hua))模(mo)塊,引腳較多,而且直(zhi)接焊(han)接于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)/驅(qu)(qu)動板上。在(zai)對驅(qu)(qu)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)上電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)進(jin)行(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓檢測前(qian),必(bi)須先行(xing)切斷逆變(bian)模(mo)塊的(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),待驅(qu)(qu)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)檢修(xiu)完畢后(hou),再將逆變(bian)模(mo)塊的(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)恢復!


2、電路(lu)靜態(tai)測量(liang)(操作(zuo)控制(zhi)在停機狀態(tai)):


  輸入側電(dian)路(A316J的(de)(de)4腳(jiao)為(wei)OV電(dian)位點):3、4腳(jiao)之間有+5V的(de)(de)供電(dian)引入;1腳(jiao)信號輸入端(duan)(duan)為(wei)接近0V的(de)(de)低電(dian)平(ping)。5、6腳(jiao)為(wei)接近+5V的(de)(de)高電(dian)平(ping)。說明A316J輸入端(duan)(duan)靜態工作點基本正常。


A、若測得1腳有1V(比如+5V)以上的高電平信號(hao)輸(shu)入,檢查CNN1端子10到CPU脈(mo)沖輸(shu)出腳的脈(mo)沖信號(hao)傳輸(shu)通(tong)道,排除其(qi)故(gu)障;


B、若測得OC信(xin)號輸出腳(jiao)(jiao)6腳(jiao)(jiao),為1V以(yi)下低電(dian)平,加熱焊點,用(yong)細鋼(gang)針挑開A316J的(de)(de)6腳(jiao)(jiao)與線路(lu)板的(de)(de)連(lian)接,原測量點電(dian)壓(ya)上升為+5V,說明6腳(jiao)(jiao)內(nei)部DMOS管子(zi)短路(lu),更換A316J。測量點仍為低電(dian)平,檢(jian)查(cha)A316J的(de)(de)6腳(jiao)(jiao)至CPU引腳(jiao)(jiao)的(de)(de)相關電(dian)路(lu),直到6腳(jiao)(jiao)電(dian)壓(ya)值恢復(fu)+5V的(de)(de)正常(chang)值為止;


C、若測(ce)(ce)得RST信(xin)號(hao)輸入腳(jiao)5腳(jiao)為(wei)1V 以下(xia)低電(dian)平,加熱焊點,用針挑開5腳(jiao)與線路板(ban)的連接(jie),原(yuan)測(ce)(ce)量點電(dian)壓上升為(wei)+5V,說明A316的5腳(jiao)內部電(dian)路損壞,更換(huan)A316J;仍為(wei)低電(dian)平,檢查(cha)CPU主板(ban)電(dian)路。


輸出側電(dian)路(以(yi)16腳為O電(dian)位點):


A、先(xian)檢查(cha)+15V、-7.2V的驅動供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源是否正常(chang)(chang)。若無(wu)負壓,檢查(cha)穩壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路并排(pai)除;測得輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓偏低(di),A316有(you)異常(chang)(chang)溫升,脫開柵極(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R74,供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓正常(chang)(chang),為模(mo)塊內部IGBT的G、E結(jie)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)損(sun)壞(huai),更(geng)換模(mo)塊;供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓仍低(di),挑開A316的12/13腳,供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓恢復(fu)為正常(chang)(chang)值(zhi),更(geng)換A316J;


B、測(ce)量UG、UE端子電(dian)壓(ya)應為(wei)-7V左右。測(ce)得(de)負(fu)壓(ya)僅為(wei)3V以下,測(ce)得(de)柵極電(dian)阻上(shang)有電(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang),說明(ming)模塊內部(bu)IGBT的G、E結漏電(dian)損壞,更換(huan)逆變模塊;測(ce)得(de)柵極電(dian)阻上(shang)電(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)為(wei)OV,更換(huan)A316J;


C、檢查(cha)R74、R75、Z34、Z35、R77等IGBT柵控回路元件,確保其正(zheng)常。


3、電路的動態檢測:


A、從三相供電電路(lu)中找到b、c、e、f點(dian),并將b、c點(dian)和e、f點(dian)分(fen)別短(duan)接,以屏蔽驅動IC中IGBT保護電路(lu)OC故(gu)障報警功能,令CPU輸出六路(lu)脈(mo)沖信號;


B、配(pei)合操作顯示面板的(de)啟/停(ting)操作,可測(ce)出(chu)正常狀(zhuang)態下的(de)驅動電路的(de)輸入、輸出(chu)電壓值(數字(zi)表(biao)測(ce)得):

注:各(ge)機型所(suo)測驅動(dong)脈沖的輸(shu)出信號電(dian)壓(ya)應相差不(bu)大,但輸(shu)入電(dian)壓(ya)值因(yin)(yin)各(ge)種因(yin)(yin)素的不(bu)同,可能(neng)有較大差異,但以(yi)動(dong)、靜態電(dian)壓(ya)值的顯著變化(hua)(hua)來判斷故障所(suo)在就(jiu)行了。顯然,用交流電(dian)壓(ya)檔,測量數值變化(hua)(hua)更(geng)為顯著。

a、檢(jian)測A316J的1、2腳之間輸(shu)入(ru)信號(hao)(hao)無變化,檢(jian)查CPU至(zhi)A316J的輸(shu)入(ru)信號(hao)(hao)通(tong)路,并將故障排除;

b、若檢測輸入信(xin)號正常,檢測UG、UE端子電(dian)壓(ya),正常時(shi)交流電(dian)壓(ya)值約為14V左右;檢測輸出電(dian)壓(ya)偏低(di),同時(shi)測量+15V供電(dian)電(dian)壓(ya)低(di)落(luo),為電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)帶負載(zai)能力不足,排(pai)除(chu)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)故障;檢查電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)故障,可能為A316J內(nei)部輸出管低(di)效,導通(tong)內(nei)阻變大,更換AJ316。

4、檢(jian)查六(liu)路驅動脈沖電壓幅度都正常了,先別忙(mang)著裝機(ji),在下一節專門(men)討論裝機(ji)過程中必須注意(yi)的問題。
