(1)繞組(zu)受潮引起接地(di)的(de)應先進行烘干,當冷卻到60——70℃左右(you)時,澆上絕緣漆(qi)后(hou)再烘干。
(2)繞組(zu)端部(bu)絕緣損壞(huai)時,在接地(di)處(chu)重新進行(xing)絕緣處(chu)理,涂漆,再烘干。
(3)繞組(zu)接地點在槽內時,應(ying)重(zhong)繞繞組(zu)或更換部(bu)分繞組(zu)元件(jian)。
后應用不(bu)同的兆歐表進行測量,滿足技術要求即可(ke)。
繞組短路
由于電動機(ji)電流過大、電源電壓變動過大、單相運行、機(ji)械(xie)碰傷、制造不(bu)良(liang)等造成絕(jue)緣損壞所至,分繞(rao)組(zu)匝間(jian)短路(lu)(lu)、繞(rao)組(zu)間(jian)短路(lu)(lu)、繞(rao)組(zu)極間(jian)短路(lu)(lu)和繞(rao)組(zu)相間(jian)短路(lu)(lu)。
1.故障現象
離子(zi)的磁場分布(bu)不(bu)(bu)均,三相電流(liu)(liu)不(bu)(bu)平衡而(er)使電動機運行(xing)時振(zhen)動和噪聲(sheng)加劇(ju),嚴重時電動機不(bu)(bu)能啟動,而(er)在短(duan)路線圈中產(chan)生很大的短(duan)路電流(liu)(liu),導致線圈迅(xun)速發熱而(er)燒毀。
2.產生原因
