??控制回(hui)路(lu)(lu)影響(xiang)變頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)壽命(ming)的(de)(de)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)源部分,是(shi)平滑電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)(he)IPM電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)板中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)緩沖電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)(qi),其原理(li)與前(qian)述(shu)相同,但這里的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)通(tong)過(guo)的(de)(de)脈動電(dian)(dian)流,是(shi)基本(ben)不(bu)受主(zhu)回(hui)路(lu)(lu)負載(zai)影響(xiang)的(de)(de)定值,故其壽命(ming)主(zhu)要由溫度(du)和(he)(he)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)時間決定。由于電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)都焊接在電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)板上(shang),通(tong)過(guo)測量靜電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量來判斷劣化情況比較困難(nan),一般根據電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)環境溫度(du)以及(ji)使用時間,來推算是(shi)否(fou)接近(jin)其使用壽命(ming)。
??電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)板給(gei)控制回路(lu)(lu)、IPM驅動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)和表(biao)面(mian)操作顯示板以及風扇(shan)等提供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),這些電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)般都是從主電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)輸(shu)出的(de)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,通(tong)過開關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)再分別整(zheng)流(liu)而得(de)到的(de)。因此,某一(yi)路(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)短路(lu)(lu),除了本路(lu)(lu)的(de)整(zheng)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)受損(sun)外,還可能影響其他部分的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan),如由于誤操作而使控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)與公共接地短接,致使電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)板上開關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)部分損(sun)壞,風扇(shan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)短路(lu)(lu)導致其他電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)等。一(yi)般通(tong)過觀察(cha)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)板就比較容(rong)易發現。
