西門子840DSL系統驅動器報過載欠壓;伺服器的維修和變頻器最大的不同就是沒有馬達無法試機,而作為維修公司,你不可能備有所有型號的伺服馬達,試機是一個繞不開的坎。更讓人惱火的是,你不連接編碼器,編碼器的故障報警會掩蓋其他所有故障報警。我的做法是先詢問客戶,伺服器現場故障情況,比如現場根本沒有出現過編碼器相關的故障信息,維修時,你就根本不用考慮編碼器問題。報警過載過流,電壓低,無法定位,無法啟動這些故障,我一般直接找故障點,然后反向推理一到兩步,為什么會出現這個故障報警。
