一、看
接手一臺故障伺服驅動器后,拆掉伺服驅動器外殼并清理完衛生,先根據變頻器故障類型有針對性地用雙眼仔細觀察線路板上相關元器件的外觀形狀、完整性等。此法對于充電電阻、濾波電解電容、IGBT/整流橋模塊甚至PCB線路板等好壞的初步判斷有非常重要的幫助。圖一所示,為某品牌75KW變頻器使用過程中發生顯示屏顯示數值時有時無;主板輸出DC10V電源隨之間歇有無之故障。拆機后筆者一眼便找到了故障原因所在——開關電源去往主板+15V電源支路所用整流二極管因開焊打火,致使PCB板燒蝕嚴重所導致!
二、聽
該方法主要針對伺服驅動器三個方面:首先是判斷直流母線充電繼電器/接觸器吸合是否正常,這對排除變頻器運行過程中報欠壓故障非常重要。再者細聽開關電源所用變壓器有無異響,這對于初步判定開關電源部分是否存在過載現象,同樣十分有效。最后就是針對變頻器散熱風扇運行情況的聽。
三、摸
在伺服(fu)驅動器(qi)出(chu)現(xian)故障(zhang)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)后,迅速拆機并做好防護工作用(yong)手指肚(du)快速觸摸(mo)變頻器(qi)內部(bu)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)板(ban)上(shang)的相關電(dian)(dian)(dian)子元器(qi)件、IC集成塊(kuai)等。一旦發現(xian)某些元件同比溫升(sheng)明(ming)顯(xian),則故障(zhang)必在它身上(shang)或者其周圍線(xian)(xian)路(lu)當中!圖二展示的為(wei)某品牌35KW變頻器(qi),因直流母(mu)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)監測電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)阻(zu)值變質而引發直流母(mu)線(xian)(xian)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)保(bao)護,感(gan)覺到事發時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)所散發出(chu)的熱(re)量有多高!
